These terms govern your access to the Leadscraping website and our services. By using either you agree to these terms.

Services

Leadscraping provides pay per lead B2B lead generation services. Scope, fees and deliverables for each client are defined in a separate engagement letter.

Fees and billing

Standard pricing is a $1,000 setup credited back across your first 5 booked shown calls, then $200 per booked shown call. A booked shown call is a call where the prospect matches the agreed ideal client profile and attends the meeting.

No show calls are not billed. Rescheduled calls are billed only after they show.

Cancellation

After the first 30 day test window the engagement is month to month. Either party may terminate with written notice.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party confidential information disclosed during the engagement.

Limitation of liability

Leadscraping is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
